PROBLEM STATEMENT
Throughout the duration of every
enrollment period in National University,
students experience long waiting time
that averages 1-2 days per student.

GOAL STATEMENT
The goal of the study is to reduce
National University students waiting
time from 1-2 days to 1 hour.

SCOPE

The study will focus only on the students

of National University. The data will only
be gathered during enrollment period at
the start of each semester.

BENEFIT

The solutions that will be gathered from

this study shall help the University in
providing quality services for its
students.

BACKGROUND
In 2008, National University acquired new administration
through the aid of SM Group of companies. With this, the
existing and old system used in transactions has gradually
changed to a new system. One of the system which has gone
through many process change and improvement is the vital
enrollment system.
As of today, the process flow presented is used to battle the
enrollment process 3 times a year-during 1 st sem, 2nd sem and
summer.

FEEDBACK on PROCESS
Students, as part of the stakeholder of any educational
institution, are providing negative feedback in terms of the
lead time they can accomplish the whole enrollment and
seems to be mystified on why they have to accomplish it in 2
days or sometimes 3 days.

This study will provide an analysis of each process to decrease

the lead time and provide quality services to one of its
stakeholder. The process shown above may seem to be
provided in high level, but the analysis will provide a more
detailed view on the process.
