Most of the Employees are satisfied with the position objectives,
requirements and candidate specifications in the recruitment process of
SUZLON ENERGY Ltd.
Most of the Employees rated for the effectiveness of the interviewing
process and other selection instruments as Excellent, while others
consider that it needs to be improved.
Most of the Hired Employees are satisfied with the training provided by HR.
More than half of the Employees agreed that HRs maintains an
adequate pool of quality protected class
applicants.
