Online linkage with Land records department for accessing
realtime land records data
Duplicity alerts mechanism to check duplicate claims
Classifying land holding into Land codes to solve the
complex land holding issues.
Online linkage with Civil supplies and Election database for
realtime information on EPIC card and Ration card database
A team of three consultants managing the PMU office
Hardware, Manpower networking etc. catered for in the
project which includes laptops for all the officers.

How did we do it ?
Appointing a PMU
Having a System Integrator (SI)
Nodal officer from the department side who has the
motivation and knowledge of Departmental processes
Good system analysts carrying out the study of
existing departmental processes
Having a training session for all the officials on e-gov
The As-Is document to be approved by all the
stakeholders
Having a team of officials from all levels and offices to
design the To-Be process
The SI then develops the software and provides for
testing
Testing of the software by a team of officials
