OBJECTIVE

Our lives are filled with account numbers, passwords, PIN codes,
and other confidential information that we need to remember.

Due to our busy life we cannot remember all of them. In order to

provide a very elegant and powerful solution to this problem this
project called Personalized Access Controls Management
System has been designed and developed.

ABSTRACT

The philosophy of personalized access controls management is that

we should be able to remember one password we have access to all
of our other passwords.
This application can securely store bank account information. It
uses a powerful algorithm and implements a highly secure
encryption mechanism.
PERSONALIZED ACCESS CONTROLS MANAGEMENT
SYSTEM (PACMS) becomes an essential through its ubiquity, ease
of use, security, and feature set. It uses one of the simplest and user
friendly interfaces and can store more than just passwords. It
provides a lower cost solution to provide a high security system to
store all the confidential data.

EXISTING SYSTEM

In the existing system quite often people write down confidential

account numbers and passwords on paper and carry it along with
them in order to remember those confidential details.

Disadvantages
A manual approach such as writing down confidential account
numbers and passwords on paper in order to remember them is
counterproductive to maintaining secrecy and security.
Unauthorized persons can gain access to confidential data.

PROPOSED SYSTEM

The proposed system PERSONALIZED ACCESS CONTROLS

MANAGEMENT SYSTEM(PACMS)
is a powerful web
application which can securely store configuration data like
passwords for credit cards, bank accounts, confidential photos,
music and are just a sampling of what we need to keep track of.
As each piece of information is entered into the PERSONALIZED
ACCESS CONTROLS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (PACMS), a
separate database entry is created. At the time of entering
confidential data and information depending on the type of
information it is, the system will prompt the end user for related
information. Later, when the end user needs to retrieve data, the
user will need to access the application using a single password.

Advantages:

Highly secure and safe application allows its end users to

categorize their confidential data and entries and then group them
together, so all their bank accounts, website passwords are easily
retrievable and remain well organized.
There will be no need to memorize lot of information.

CONCLUSION

The Personalized Access Controls Management System is

web-based applications. This application software has been
computed successfully and was also tested successfully by taking
test cases. It is user friendly, and has required options, which
can be utilized by the user to perform the desired operations.

FUTURE ENHANCEMENT:

Extendibility: We can implement online

payment gateway for Tender initial
payments at the time of Tender
Application done by
Contractors/Organizations.
We can extend this project by providing
location management for providing
tender management in all states and
districts.
