Major Findings
From the correlation test, it is proved that
communication helps to increase the
employees performance.
From the likert scale analysis, it is proved
that there is a strong positive relationship
between MBWA technique & employees
performance
Most of the respondents prefer their
manager walking around to speak with
them.

Conclusion
Employee prefer the manager walking
around to speak with employees
Positive relationship between MBWA
techniques and employees
performance
Future researcher can diverse the
work environment and conduct the
same research.

Recommendation
MBWA technique is not mostly used in
the organizations in Nepal. So, it would
be better if it is used in the
organizations of Nepal too.
