INTRODUCTION
Specifications describe the materials and workmanship required for a development.
They do not include cost, quantity or drawn information, and so need to be read
alongside other information such as quantities, schedules and drawings

Having a prescriptive specification when a contract

is tendered gives the client more certainty about the end
product, whereas a performance
specifications gives suppliers more scope to innovate
and adopt cost effective methods of work, potentially
offering better value for money.

quality of every item required for project.
The specifications should describe the
requirments
for
fabrication,erection
application,installation and finishing.

FOUNDATION

WALLS ,PIERS AND COLUMNS IN DIRECT CONTACT
WITH THE GROUND AND TRANSMITTING LOADS TO
THE GROUND.

BRICKS WORK
Bricks are one of the oldest known building materials
dating back to 7000BC where they were first found in
southern Turkey and around Jericho.

CONCLUSION
House should be planned and designed
according to the necessity occupation and
profession of the family. Different types of plan of
different type of families as agriculturist artisans
service people labour classes etc. should be
prepared and made available to the families for
construction according to their requirements and
economic condition. In designing the buildings
climatic condition orientation living habits
attitude and custom including super situation
security should be taken consideration.
