THE TERM INVENTORY REFERS TO THE
GOODS & MATERIAL USE BY THE FIRM FOR
PRODUCTION & SALES.
IT ALSO INCLUDE ITEMS WHICH ARE USED
AS SUPPORTIVE MATERIAL TO FACILITATE
THE PRODUCTION.
THERE ARE THREE TYPES OF INVENTORY

MANAGEMENT IS TO MAINTAIN INVENTORY AT
