History
In the cities of Guayaquil and Quito an environment full of history and culinary traditions
handed down from generation to generation. Each of the dishes delight for its unique and
extraordinary quality. With a select variety of seafood and typical food, it offers the best of
our gastronomy and rescuing part of our history. Hung on walls and news clippings of the
time, environments where tradition preserved over time created breathe.
In Guayaquil, in a warm and colorful atmosphere decorated with grace and dominion, full of
memories, located in the Urdesa village, Lo Nuestro offers since 1993 the best of
Ecuadorian food.
The restaurant has several rooms with different atmospheres according the ages of the old
Guayaquil.

It is a cozy corner in the restaurant,
where every wall is covered with
pictures with memories of the
composer

Jaramillo.Room
decoration consists of furniture,
objects and details of the time, to
provide a pleasant and picturesque
environment.It
has
four
tables
available to the public, with a
capacity of twelve people.

Another room we have is the
VEEstrada, with capacity for 15
people.On the walls you will find
images of one of the
most
remarkable and influential families in
politics in our Guayaquil city.

It offers the public a comfortable
space for the development of events
or reservations for large groups. With
a capacity of sixty people, the Hall
October 9, has an atmosphere of
tradition and memories, where the
best of the Ecuadorian food is
offered, providing more privacy for
groups. The local keeps the same line
of decoration, inspired by old
Guayaquil.

Main dishes in Ecuador are characterized by a strong presence of


seafood and fish, mainly because the country has an extensive
coastline that provides a large number of marine products.

since I came here.

I have many secrets, but I think what it
is fundamental is to know how it works,
know what people want to lunch and
dinner, being a good steward and most
importantly for me, be conscious on
the menu, offer discounts and
promotions, customer service, etc.

They are middle-class professionals
like teachers, doctors, employees,
etc.

new customers?
Providing good service and good
quality because many new customers
also come through a friend, relative or
co-worker.

I think the restaurant is excellent, because
the food and atmosphere are very nice the
only thing I do not like are the prices but the
food is delicious.
Another thing I like about the restaurant is
that it has that old atmosphere that one feels
returning to the past, the old Guayaquil.

Finally, I think that the restaurant has an important cultural
impact in our society, because of its depiction of food and
traditional environment of Guayaquil City, also it offers
costumers a completely unique experience, especially when it
comes to international visitors, because they end up with a
magnifique view of an important part of ecuadorian culture, that
has an inmense amount of variations, that makes us special and
recognized worldwide.
