GENERAL GUIDELINES
1.- You will do these microteaching sessions in
PAIRS.
2. Choose a grammar structure from the list given
below.
4.- Prepare your microteaching session with a
lesson plan following the lesson plan format that
will be shown and explained after this presentation.
5.- The lesson plan has to be PRINTED AND
HANDED IN TO THE TEACHERS THE DAY OF
YOUR SESSION.
Failure to do this will mean you will have a
1.0 in the lesson plan assessment.

IF ONE OF THE MEMBERS OF THE GROUP IS


ABSENT DUE TO JUSTIFIED REASONS (ILLNESS OR
ANY OTHER PROPERLY JUSTIFIED IN ADVANCE )
THE WHOLE PRESENTATION WILL BE DONE AT
THE END OF THE CLASS PRESENTATIONS SO AS
NOT TO ALTER THE SCHEDULE OF THE
MICROTEACHING SESSIONS.
ATTENDANCE TO EACH OTHERSLESSONS IS
FUNDAMENTAL DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE
STUDENT TEACHERS NEED STUDENTS TO
TEACH THE LESSON TO.
FAILURE TO ATTEND TO ALL MICROTEACHING
SESSIONS (BEFORE AND AFTER YOUR OWN
SESSION) WILL MEAN THAT A WHOLE POINT
WILL BE DISCOUNTED FROM YOUR OWN FINAL
MICROTEACHING MARK UNLESS PROPERLY
JUSTIFIED TO THE PROFESSOR IN ADVANCE .

NOTE:
The activities for the presentation and practice
of the grammar structure chosen must be developed
using a communicative approach (i.e they must
be creative and enable the students to participate
in an interactive way) You also have to consider at
least two different Multiple Intelligences that will
covered with the activities selected
In order to achieve this you should look for activities
in English textbooks with this type of approach or
look for resources in the web which offer a wide
variety of grammar and vocabulary
communicative activities.
