Tindakan tepat yang dapat dilakukan manager untuk
mengurangi stress yang tidak sehat ditempat kerja adalah
dengan mengidentifikasi dan menghapus stres yang tidak
perlu di tempat kerja
Tindakan lain yaitu good management practices will likely
reduce unhealthly stress by improving employee
autonomy, training, working conditions, schedules, career
development, support systems, communication,
relationships with supervisors, and reward opportunities

CONCLUSION
As managers we should helping individuals learn to
manage stress and work well under pressure
This is our responsibility to engage the person
appropriately and effectively, to evaluate the problem,
and to provide access to support or take direct action to
help alleviate the persons stress.

Ultimately, to perform more effectively under pressure,


employees must develop stress management skills.
The book strongly urge leaders and managers to provide
employees with resources and training in the Stop,
Breathe, Rewrite, and Take Action approach
