    Role of HTML In Web Development

    HyperText Mark Up Language


    HTML is mainly a Mark-Up language written in the
    form of HTML elements.

    It can be added numerous innovative syntactical


    features like <videos>, <images> etc. And
    enclosed in angle brackets (like <HTML>
    </HTML>).

    HTML is the fifth revision of the HTML standard
    (created in 1990 and standardized as HTML4
    as of 1997).

    <applet> tag is not supported in HTML5. Use
    the <object> tag instead.
    <frame> - for sub window.
    <body> - <body> element contains all the
    contents of an HTML document, such as text,
    hyperlinks, images, tables, lists, etc.
