INTRODUCTION
THOUGHTS ABOUT
TEACHING
As a teacher my teaching should be like that through which I can engage
my whole students of the class. Students should not be feel like slang
during the lecture . So according to my reflection teaching should be
activity based. Because through this I can engage my whole students of
the class in teaching learning process .Through activity based learning I
can achieve my objective all round development of the students like
cognative, affective, psychomotor domain of the students.
So my teaching strategies, philosophy and goal should be like that :1.From Facilitating to Modeling.
2.From Standardized to Personalized.
DOCUMENTATION OF YOUR
TEACHING
In documentation of teaching I have only maintained the exams and graded and lecture
outlines
Descriptions and examples of visual materials used
Descriptions of uses of computers and other technology in teaching
Video/audio records of teaching.
So in teaching document we can maintain the various teaching documents
with the help of ict.ict played an important role in to maintain various teaching
document which we can excess easily. With help of ICT we can concise the
teaching documents.
PURPOSE OF TEACHING
The purpose of teaching should be achieve good quality, low cost and high efficiency
through the provision of needed information and the efficient distribution of academic
content based on RISS, the Research Information Service System
Raise the quality of college education and the efficiency of content distribution by
establishing the e-Learning content sharing system in higher education.
TEACHING EFFECTIVENESS
If we have a balanced instructional diet fostered by intentional planning in our classrooms, we will reach
all of our different learners. Just as people want a variety of food in their diets and a variety of colors and
flavors on their plates, students want a variety of teaching techniques and learning experiences at school.
While routine provides the stability, structure, and comfort students need, innovative and effective
practice demands we provide different ways to introduce and practice skills to ensure learning is
occurring.
We all have our go-to comfort foods; macaroni and cheese, chicken fingers, hot dogs, or maybe chocolate
chip cookies. But, if we ate those daily, they wouldnt provide us the same feeling of comfort they do
when we eat them during special times. If anything, eating the foods above would make us feel
uncomfortable and tired as learners and/or teachers. they do when we eat them in addition to a variety of
other meals and flavors.
The same goes for the classroom. Our students will crave the routine we create together in the beginning
of the school year (especially special needs students), but as we plan lessons, we need to continue to
extend and experiment with our pedagogical planning and implementation to continually provide for the
ever-changing educational palette our students developmentally demonstrate in the classroom.
As younger educators, our first thought usually went toward content: the what of our teaching. What did
the book tell us to teach? What did the curriculum say? This is similar to a chef preparing a steak without
knowing whether their customer ordered steak, is allergic to steak, or is a vegetarian. Like a chef, a
teacher must allocate their energy to multiple areas as they plan each meal.
Here are three ways we believe all educators can plan and teach with purpose:
1. Presentation
2.Personalization
3. Flexibility
Test/exam scores
Students workbooks
Students essays or creative works
Graded work from the best and poorest students, with teachers feedback to
students
Written feedback on student work
These are the some tools which demonstrating the learning of the students.
Through these tools we can evaluate the learning of the students.
