WHO WE ARE

Non-profit organization dedicated to give safe and affordable


transportation from their bars to their halls/homes, to the
people in the Oxford area.
Aims to lower the number of alcohol related incidences in
Oxford and the surrounding community.
Providing on demand transportation at convenient locations
and times which many may consider to be unsafe to walk
home alone.

Our service is approximately half the cost.
No call needed, just show up at a convenient and public location.

More convenient and friendlier than BCRTA Safe Ride System.

REASONS FOR NEED OF THE


SERVICE
Double in rate of aggressive assaults since 2013.
Significant, and continually climbing number of alcohol related
arrests.
Concerns of students safety on and off campus
Large demand for safe and convenient rides homes from
popular public areas.

PLAN INTRO

Separated into 3 phases


Phase 1- Complete legal process
Phase 2- Acquire all necessary assets
Phase 3- Build client base and begin operations

PHASE 1- COMPLETE LEGAL


PROCESS
Acquire the name You Drink, We Drive from the state of Ohio
Establish three board members (founders of organization) and
a group of incorporators
Complete following documentation Form 352B: Articles of Incorporation
IRS Form SS-4: Employer Identification Number
Form 501c: Tax Exemption and Funding (Most Important)

PHASE 2- ACQUIRE NECESSARY


ASSETS

Step 1- Take out loan of $25,000 to jumpstart acquisition of


assets
Step 2- Use loan to purchase 5 minivans and lease a small
office
Step 3- Contact Miami University alumni and Government
Programs for funding or donations
Step 4- Recruit drivers by posting on job boards
*Offer community service for volunteer drivers

PHASE 3- BEGIN OPERATIONS


AND GROW
Increase company recognition by appearing in Miami University
newspapers, posting flyers, creating a website, etc.
Over time, customer base will grow and operations will be in
full throttle
