Responsibilities

Be responsible to collect raw data


according to the guide of network
performance management engineer.

and the relationship of these alarms in
NMS.

Performance KPI Report


Raw Data Collection:
In pre-defined schedule, collects various relevant raw data from the
network elements according to the requirement.
Data Processing & Filtering:
Filtering the data which are not from the on-air sites, which are not during
the KPI audit period, etc.
Filtering the unusual data which are caused by the planned events.
Aggregation and summarizing data.
Formatting.
Issue Daily KPI Report:
Fill in processed data in pre-defined Daily Performance KPI Report.
Any data which breaks the threshold should be highlighted for further
analysis.
Distribute the daily Performance KPI report to relevant parties within ZTE
and Customer O&M departments if necessary on a predefined schedule.
Weekly-Monthly Performance KPI report:
Put in the period data according to the template of Weekly/Monthly
Performance KPI Report, and develop various performance charts or
other graphics.
Assess the performance data and determines if the network performance
falls below.
Determine the root cause and discuss the improvement proposal with
NOC manager and other relevant managers.
Distribute the weekly/monthly Performance KPI report to NOC Manager

process.
