In town and surrounding Ighiel practice in tourism is mainly related

hiking upstream major sights such as Glade Stone, Stone scree and
especially Lake Vrtopu Iezerului. However there are marked tourist
path Iezerului Valley, which runs from the western boundary of the
village along the road Ighiel forest to Lake Iezeru.
