Task Skills. The requirement to perform tasks:
having the skills, knowledge and attitude to do
the job and understanding why the job should be
done in a certain way, e.g. Installing wiring
devices.
Task
Management Skills. The requirement to
manage a number of different tasks at the same
time, e.g. Plan and prepare for operations.
Contingency Management Skills. The
requirement to respond to irregularities and
breakdowns in routine works, e.g. Modifications
are determined and incorporated.
Job/Role Environment Skills. The requirement to
deal with the responsibilities and expectations of
work environment including skills in working with
others, e.g. cooperating and communicating well
