three days ! - Real time communication
over GPRS is unreliable
Wrong data, has somebody changed the
calibrations. No Audit logs to trace
calibration changes
Something is wrong. Please send your
engineer Vendor - Sir my engineer can
only reach by tomorrow. No remote
device trouble shooting
Your system is dumb. It did not even warn
me that I had exceeded threshold. - No
