Introduction
AL-FARAJ Co was established in year 1989 as a general maintenance services and building firm. Since then
our primary focus has been upon serving multinational service providers and property management firms and
individuals, with various services related to MEP, civil construction, Steel works and Road works. Through
our extensive task history of constructing ventures we have developed a customer service business philosophy.
Proactive and timely customer service is the backbone of our company. All employees, owner, office staff,
project managers and field personnel aim to please.
AL-FARAJ is actively involved building exclusive infrastructure projects all over the country.
We have completed a number of contracts with various multinational and local companies and individuals.

AL-FARAJ helps clients designs, build and logistics through a network of facilities covering most areas of Qatar. This
national presence provides our clients with complete designs, engineering and material supply resources that are
vertically integrated with Engineering solutions to optimize their operation by lowering their costs and reducing their

With considerable expansion, the companys revenue from engineering services exceeds those from our trading
divisions. With new engineering developments and changes in the field of architecture and construction the demand of

non-conformities/complaints pointed out by customers. Customer complaints are entertained through corrective and
prevention action.

Classification of Training
AL-FARAJ is committed to provide a complete range of training required by its employees to perform their assigned
responsibilities. This includes orientation training; job/equipment related training, managerial, quality system training
and refresher training.

Determining Training Needs

All employees are annually assessed by their managers to determine adequacy of their existing training / qualification,
and to propose what additional training they require.

Services & Solutions

Road Construction Contract
Road construction is all about creating an unbroken passage of appropriate materials that dont have any
geographic obstacles for effective vehicle or foot travel. Any road construction contract starts with the removal
of earth and rock by digging or blasting. The task also involves building of embankments, bridges and tunnels,
and in the course, elimination of vegetation. Proper designing, approval and planning follow to meet various
government standards.
National Highway Road construction, Highway Road construction, Express Highway and Interstate Road construction
are various forms of roads that are constructed by us. They all are designed and built for primary use by vehicles with
different loads. Depending on the need and intensity, different materials and mixtures are utilized to fulfil road
construction contract.
As a renowned company, a number of projects have successfully been completed of highway construction by us.
Various Highway roads have already been constructed, and the work is still in progress in different parts of Qatar. All
our road projects are accomplished with quality tested raw materials and other materials as per the industry norms.
All along the construction projects and rigours activities, More so, the construction work is further supported by
putting up signs like Cautionary Sign, Mandatory Sign and Informative Sign on every possible juncture and spots.

National Highway Road construction
National Highways form backbone to any country and Qatar maintains a remarkable network of such
highways. Weve helped the country immensely in its endeavours to maintain a fine connectivity with rest
of the country by taking up and finishing construction works of National Highways. With decades of experience,
expertise and required workforce, weve been consistently supporting the cause of national highway construction
in Qatar.

Interstate Road Construction

Qatar have a smooth network of roads and effective connectivity among them which has largely been possible due to
construction firms like ours. We have constantly been developing, upgrading and maintaining interstate roads by timely
completing construction activities for a better passage among the Qatar Suburbs.

Express Highway
Besides successfully constructing single and double lane highways, our range has been allowing us to take up and
finish Express highways in all over Qatar. Unlike every other road projects, a far more expertise and technicality goes
into the construction of express highways. The task is finished with desired dexterity and timely manner.

composite paneling within Qatar and selected export markets.
