Important Dates

The IPU LLB entrance examination will be held in paper

pen mode. It will be of objective type.
Number of questions: 150 carrying four marks each.
Duration: 150 minutes
Negative marking: Wrong answer will lead to deduction
of one mark from the total scored marks.

Syllabus

English Language and Comprehension

The section had questions to evaluate a

candidates English language skills. English
Language and Comprehension section comprised
different topics including Prepositions,
Articles, Sentence Construction, Narration,
Comprehension and Vocabulary.

General Knowledge

This section would test the general awareness of the

candidate where questions included the following
topics National Culture & History,
Geography & Natural Resources, Science &
Technology, International Affairs and
Current National Events.

Reasoning

Reasoning Section would evaluate the basic

reasoning skills where questions will be of
Numerical and Logical Reasoning types.

Legal Aptitude

The section would check the ability to grasp basic

legal knowledge of terms. The questions would
comprise from topics including General Legal
Awareness and Understanding & Application
of Legal Principles.
