Material Manager

Collects class assignments

Distributes graded papers
Organizes all of the student
prints into stacks with clips at
the end of each period.

Timekeeper

Monitors the time assigned on

timed written assignments like
Bell Ringer and other activities
Announces time left for cleanup
at the end of each class block

Environmental
Manager

At the end of each period during the last

five minutes of class, this manager will
check work stations for cleanliness and
organization before the next class uses
the lab.
EM will check the lab floor area and the
work table space
EM will tell each computer station user
what to clean up before he/she leaves the
station.
Cleans up headsets and Student Center
when needed.

Makeup Work Manager

Maintains the data for any student

that is absent in order to give the
student all makeup assignments
that have been missed
Creates a calendar in Publisher
for the school year
Assignments will be recorded in
Makeup Work Folder.
Maintains Makeup Work folder

Greeter

Greets all guests entering the

room with a greeting identifying
that you are Dr. Browns Greeter
Asks guests, May I help you?
Asks them to the wait area if Dr.
Brown is busy
Responds to intercom calls

Printer Manager

Loads the printers with paper

Checks printers when they will
not print in order to troubleshoot
the problem
Distributes the prints to the
originator when mass printing
jobs are in progress

Production Manager

Runs errands
Checks student notebooks for
notebook content
Maintains Production Manager
folder (to be kept with makeup work
folders)
Checks student performance on
some tasks
Operates the projector and teacher
laptop when requested

Recycle Manager

2nd Block: place recycle bin

outside door
3rd Block: bring recycle bin back
in classroom
