Review and Summary

Strategic management plan for the BITET is effectively developed to avoid

the problem of declining growth rate.

The problem is because of failure to encourage and adopt innovative
culture and technological features.
Resistance to change behaviour of employees is the major restraining
force whereas the increased customer demand for home delivery and
online services are driving forces of change.
Companys mission of continuous evolving with technology and innovation
is reflecting in the strategy developed.
Major authority is with the CEO of company and project manager.
The project is planned to be completed by 17 th March 2017 and within this
time the new services will be launched and evaluation will be conducted
on performance of new products and services for 10 days.
Based on the findings, company will modify the services to ensure they
met requirements of customers.
Communication plan is developed to communicate vision and mission, and
other objectives or to review the status of project with team members and
other stakeholders
