for system automated tasks until the point when the task
is ready to execute. If they do not set them in time, an
email notification will be sent and the task will be delayed
until the required parameters are entered.

Frequency Relationship

Sample Use Case:

One of our customers has a US entity
and a European Entity
The US Entity reconciles their Quarterly
accounts in February
Europe reconciles theirs in March
They need two Quarterly Frequencies: Quarterly-
US, and Quarterly-Europe, and they need to be
able to explicitly select which frequencies apply
to each period
In 11.1.2.2.000, one of the Quarterly
frequencies would automatically include the
other one, causing reconciliations to be
required in both February and March

Enhanced Data Load Options

When supporting customers using this

feature, be sure they understand that they
should include ALL Locations for which
balances exist; otherwise, invalid differences
will be detected, and the reconciliation will be
re-opened

Add Scheduling Option to Data Load

In order to support scheduling of data loads, we changed

how data loads are run
You now create and save Data Load Definitions
Saved Data Load Definitions can be manually run
They are also used for scheduling
Scheduling can occur using Windows Task Scheduler or from a
Command Line
Instructions for configuration are included in the Admin Guide
You can still run an ad-hoc data load
