is a word that is the name of a person,
place, thing, animal or event and is
typically used in a sentence as subject.

specific person, place, animal, thing or event and that
usually begins with a CAPITAL letter.

What is Common Noun?

a word that refers to a person, place, or thing but that is


NOT the name of a particular or specific person, place,
thing, animals or event and does NOT start with capital
letter.
