Using silica particles

Corrosion is the deterioration of materials by chemical
interaction with their environment.

The term corrosion is sometimes also applied to the

degradation of plastics, concrete and wood, but generally
refers to metals.

The main raw material used in railway coaches are mild

steel in fabrication of coaches.

During the storage and transportation condition, it comes in

contact with aggressive environment which leads to decrease
in mechanical strength.
