Products and Services
The company has launched its 4G broadband services throughout
India .
It is offering data and voice services with peripheral services like
instant messaging, live TV, movies on demand, news, streaming
music, and a digital payments platform.
The company has a network of more than 250,000 km of fibre optic
cables in the country.
Jio will also serve as a TV channel distributor and will offer
television-on-demand on its network.

This study covers customers about Reliance JIO,
VODAFONE AND AIRTELand makes effort to ascertain
the satisfaction level of customer through survey.
The subject has been taken for the research as it plays
key role in the Telecom sector.
The research will also be beneficial in analyzing the
overall market position of the company and measures
which should be adopted by the VODAFONE & AIRTEL to
increase their market share.

Findings
Customer based Survey
59.5% customers are using Reliance Jio whereas 40.5% customers
are not using.
Mostly customers think that Reliance Jio is a tough competitor to other
brands and if other brands want to maintain their position than the have
to change their price.
According to responses, speed of the data is good whereas quality of
calls is not up to the mark .
Beside this, as Reliance Jios offer deadline is till 31st March 2017,
customers are still thinking to stay with Reliance Jio.

Findings

91% of Reliance Jio sim cards have been sold by most of the
retailers.
50% Retailers say that they have customers who will come to buy jio
sim card.
According to Retailers Airtel i.e. 66.7% is the leading network as
compared to others.
75% Retailers say that Reliance will not increase this scheme after
31st March 2017.

Conclusion

As the topic suggested the study of Reliance Jio and its competitors, a
survey was conducted to understand the consumer perspective
towards the brand.
This study shows all the primary data gathered from customers as well
as retailers point of view.
It covers all the major factors to know the future growth of Reliance Jio
and its impact.

Limitations
The first problem we faced is in getting the co-operation of the
retailers. Many of the respondents we approached did not agree to
the need and utility of the project and hence did not agree to provide
us with information.
The behavior of the customer as well as retailers is unpredictable
which may result in the lacking of accuracy in the data.
As the sample size of the survey was so small and comprise of only
42 customers and retailers, the results may have some prone to
errors.
Study accuracy totally based upon the respondents response.

Suggestions
Provide freebies and loyalty bonuses such as free talk time and
excess data on recharges.
They should reduce their prices by some amount to gave
competition to Reliance Jio.
They should focus on Aggressive Marketing and bring up
personalised offers and gifts.
