Instructions for using this template

Swim Lane diagrams are also referred to as Rummler-Brache Basic Flowchart Shapes:
Diagrams and Cross-Functional Flowcharts.
The two basic shapes you will use in a cross-
functional flowchart are Processes and Decisions.
Diagrams for four, five and six participants /
groups: Process

There are different layouts for four, five or six The process shape shows a step or action Process
