Objectives:
1.Identify the content and its
Learning Standards of K to 12
Curriculum, TLE Agriculture in
Grade 6 with the aid of the
Curriculum Guide.
2.Demonstrate skill and
strategies in the different
competencies through workshop.
Key Understanding:
K to 12 Curriculum in Technology and
Livelihood Education starts in Grade 6
which encompasses the field of Home
Economics (H.E), Industrial Arts (IA),
Entrepreneurship and Information and
Communication Technology (ICT) and
Agri-Fishery.
 The Curriculum Guide in Agriculture 6 has
its Content and Learning Standards. It has
Content Standard, Performance Standard
and Learning Competencies which serve as
a guide in teaching Agriculture 6 for the
whole year. It is expected that at the end of
one quarter the learners will be able to
demonstrate enhanced and expanded
knowledge in Agriculture with the necessary
skills and strategies needed in holistic
development.
 Learning Competencies in TLE
Agriculture, Grade 6 could be clearly
defined and effectively learned through
Learning by Doing which is the actual
exposure and manipulation of materials
in an activity to develop the skill needed
and would be a contributing factor to
ones life improvement in the future.
