Specifically, it will answer the following questions:
1. What is the current status of implementation of Responsible

Parenthood and Reproductive Health Law, specifically, Family Planning
in the Municipality of Cabusao?
2. What is the level of involvement of the Local Government Unit, Rural
Health Unit, the Department of Education, Religious Sector, Government
Hospitals, Womens Organization and other organization with regards to
responsible parenthood and reproductive health, specifically family
planning?
3. What strategies, policies and program implementation can be done to
increase the service delivery of family planning in the municipality of
Cabusao?

This action plan and project aims to improve service
delivery of family planning services by creation of
Cabusao Responsible Parenthood and Reproductive
Health Implemenation Team (CaPaReHa)

This study, through the creation of the Cabusao Responsible
Parenthood and Reproductive Health implementation team will
improve the service delivery for Family Planning and strengthen the
implementation of Responsible Parenthood and Reproductive Health as
mandated by RA 10354, in the long run improving health indicators
such as contraceptive prevalence rate and unmet needs for family
planning

implementation of the law

decide freely and responsibly the number and spacing of their children and to
have the information and means to do so, and to have access to a full range of
safe, affordable, effective, non-abortifacient modern natural and artificial

and legal methods or health products, whether natural or artificial, that are
registered with the Food and Drug Administration (as applicable) to plan

Responsible Parenthood and Reproductive Health Act of 2012 (RA 10354)-
an act providing for a national policy on responsible parenthood and
reproductive health approved in 2012 in recognition of the state to
guarantees the human rights of all persons including their right to equality
and nondiscrimination of these rights, the right to sustainable human
development, the right to health which includes reproductive health, the
right to education and information, and the right to choose and make
decisions for themselves in accordance with their religious convictions,
ethics, cultural beliefs, and the demands of responsible parenthood.
