Successful Client Support Professionals must have a strong working knowledge
of computers including but not limited to:

Being able to use a mouse and computer keyboard.


Being able to shut down and turn on the computer properly.
Understanding how to navigate the computers files and desktop environment.
Knowing how to create, name, save and delete a folder.
Functional knowledge of programs including how to launch and close a
computer program.
Understanding how to use e-mail including sending and opening e-mail.
Knowing how to use the Internet including navigating to a site and using
search engines like Google and the ability to navigate through multiple
screens.

Maintaining an optimal workstation setup is key to providing great quality and


service to the client programs that Inspiring Virtual Solutions LLC supports. As
your IBO we ensure that each of our CSPs obtain, configure, and maintain their
workstations*

Is this Opportunity a Job?
This opportunity is NOT a job, and you are not a W2 employee to Inspiring Virtual
Solutions LLC or Arise. This is an opportunity for you to work as a subcontractor to
Inspiring Virtual Solutions. This business relationship provides you the freedom,
independence, financial savings and tax benefits, from working at home as a 1099
career agent! You are able to write off most of your expenses related from working
at home.

Furthermore, Inspiring Virtual Solutions will not take out monies for your taxes,
offer payroll deduction benefits, unemployment benefits, overtime pay, or paid or

You may take up to 30 days off unpaid, without having to retake training if you
need to take time off. Communicate with your client and Inspiring Virtual Solutions
if extended time is needed for time away.
How much can I make?
Inspiring Virtual Solutions is proud to provide you with the exact pay rate before you
select a client opportunity, and a actual copy of your Statement of Work(SOW) which
shows your pay after your certify with a client. We do not deduct from your hourly pay
or charge a percentage for your services.

Your pay is determined by the client you choose to service, and ranges from $9.00-
$14.00 per hour or more respectively. Many of our clients offer performance-based
bonuses, and incentives to help you earn more money! There are several methods used
to pay out your revenue which are:

Per Minute*- Revenue generated by multiplying the number of minutes serviced by the
rate.
Per Call*- Revenue generated by multiplying the number of calls by a per call rate.
Per Email*- Revenue generated by multiplying the number of emails by a per email
rate.
Per Chat*- Revenue generated by multiplying the numder of chats by a per chat rate.

You may service more than one client opportunity to increase your revenue. You can not
participate in more than one client training opportunity at anytime. You must meet the
standards and goals of each client and reach out to us as needed to help you make
informed decisions.
Compensation Schedule after
Certification
Inspiring Virtual Solutions deposits all service revenue
into each Client Support Professionals account on a bi-
weekly basis according to the Arise pay calendar. See
time-frames below:
Services provided from the 1st to the 15th of each month
will be deposited no later than the 29 th of the month.
Services provided from the 16 th to the last day of the
month will be deposited on the 15 th of the following
month.
Deposits that falls on a holiday or weekend will be
deposited on the next business day. Inspiring Virtual
Solutions provides direct deposit and personal checks.
How do I get trained & How long is
the training?
Before a agent could begin servicing a client program, they must
successfully complete a client certification course. Charges for
these courses could range as low as $19.00-$249.00. This is
required by the client to be able to service their account.

The course is virtual and instructor-led, with videos and audio


components to enhance the online experience. Courses range
from 2 to 8 weeks in length, Mon- Friday only, with each sessions 4
hours long. Courses are flexible and could be scheduled for
morning, afternoon, or evenings dependent upon the client you
choose.

You will be required to complete 100% attendance, and will


not receive compensation during training, please plan
accordingly.

Land Line or digital Phone Line: $15-$30.00 a month


High Speed Internet; $40-$50.00 a month

In many cases you may already be paying for internet and land-line so cost
will vary for each person.

Arise Virtual Solutions charges all Client Service Professionals(CSP) and
Independent Business Owners(IBO) serving a client $19.75 per pay period (biweekly)

Inspiring Virtual Solutions charges a reasonable and competitive flat fee of only
$20.00 per pay period (biweekly) for the cost of maintaining business.

Annual State & Licensing Dues

These fees will only be assessed after the first invoice after you start servicing your
client(s). No fees will be assessed if no service was performed during the pay period.
