We follow players in trainings and games with Polar-system, some

players have been followed with First beat-system to check how they
are recovering during the camp or tournament

Fysios and / or doctor help players in nutrition questions

learn how to have ideal recovery between games by proper eating
and to have enough fluids. (Weight measurement: game day
morning, before the game, right after the game, next morning)
