Chief Complaint : Wound on face, head and extremity
MOI ( Autoanamnesis and heteroanamnesis)
Patient come to the emergency unit with wounds on his
face, head and extremity after he got a motorcycle accident.
The mechanism of injury was clear, he said he crashed the
electro pillar. His family said that he was drunk when he ride
the motorcycle. The patient didnt wear a helmet. Pain in
wounds location (+), Headeche (-), dizziness (-), nausea
and vomiting (-), unconsciousness (-), seizures (-).

C : Blood preasure : 120/70 mmHg , Pulse: 92 times/minute,
reguler.
D : GCS E4V5M6, pupil ishokor, 3mm/3mm

Patient come to the emergency unit with wounds on his hand
and foot after he got a motorcycle accident. The mechanism of
injury was clear, he said his sitting behind on the motorcycle
that crashed the electro pillar and only gots some scar after
sliping on the road. His family said that he was drunk too.The
patient didn't wear a helmet. Pain in wound location (+),
headache (-), dizziness (-), nausea and vomiting (-)
unconciousness (-) seizure (-).
