Gains and Chicken exists to help individuals achieve their personal goals with gaining or
losing weight, building muscle, increasing athleticism, and ultimately living a healthier
lifestyle. My business is intended to give customers the opportunity to make the most
of their time in the gym in order to see results at a fast pace. What separates my
business from others is that I strive to create a fun and positive atmosphere in the gym,
while also providing a written 7 day workout routine and health plan unique to each
individual for only $10.

All of my customers were very pleased with
their results at the end of the 7 sessions. I
had one individual that took the course for
3 weeks in a row as well as two others who
signed up and completed 2 weeks each.
They thrived on the motivation and push I
provided during each session. Each of
these individuals proclaimed that they
would recommend me to friends. One of my
customers, April, agreed to record a
statement of her satisfaction from the
course.
