Awards Committee (AC) shall be organized
by the School Head
The AC shall be composed of at least three
members
The chairperson of the AC could be any of
the teachers, department head, grade level
chairperson, or curriculum head
No member of the AC must be related
within the 2nd degree of consanguinity or
affinity to any of the candidates for awards.
The SH shall approve the final list of
awardees upon the recommendation of the
AC
Copies of the results shall be submitted to
the Schools District and Division Office
The AC through the Office of the SH shall
release the final list of awardees upon the
request of the stakeholders
Protest shall be filed by the candidate with
his/her parent or guardian to the SH within
3 working days from the announcement
It shall be decided on by the SH considering the
recommendations of the AC within 3 working
days from filing
