REVIEW OF RELATED LITERATURE AND
STUDIES
DATABASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

. Database Management Systems will be the guide or the basis for

managing the database of the proposed system. Pratt/Adamski stated in
their book that a database is a structure that contains information about
many different categories of information and about the relationships
between those categories
Nikolay V. Kovalev stated in his book that a database is a blueprint for how
data is stored in a database and is similar to an architectural approach for
how data is stored a pretty picture commonly known as an entity
relationship diagram (a database on paper).
FILE ARCHIVING SYSTEM

effective organization of interaction with sources and client
of archived data.
Information and data are considered important. It must be
stored in a fully secured database and protected efficiently.
This study helps the proponents to understand how file

great.
