Functions:
Advise the Honorable Health Minister on national patient safety
policies, strategies and action plans
Enhance implementation of patient safety strategies
Monitor and evaluate achievement of the Malaysian Patient Safety
Goals and take action at national level
Promote and facilitate national, regional and international
collaboration in patient safety.
