DEFINITIONS AND BACKGROUND
Employee Commitment is defined as the
involvement with and enthusiasm for work. In other
words, it refers to the state of emotional and
intellectualcommitmentto an organization or group
Supply chain integrationis defined as close
coordination within a supply chain, often with the use of
shared management information systems. It includes
all aspects of supply chain including aspects involved in
fulfilling a purchase, including raw materials,
manufacturing, transporting and supporting services
(Flynn et al., 2010 .
Organizational Performance is an analysis of a
company's performance. It consists of three primary
outcomes; financial, market and overall shareholder
value Performance. For the purposes of this research, I
define it in terms of Financial Performance specifically
Total Assets Turnover and Return on Equity.
