Foreshore alienation
- If companies need to construct foreshore structures, a foreshore lease need to be
obtained from SLA
- Companies should not commence work on foreshore structures without first obtaining
a foreshore lease, and clearances from URA under Section (3) and SLA under (4) of the
Foreshores Act.
