INTRODUCTION

Hypothesis:

fillers of Ppy/CB/NTC can be used as reinforcers in

chitosan-based materials to impart electrical properties
to the polymer matrix.

13/09/2017
General objective :
Obtain a nanocomposite material using as matrix the chitosan with filler such as
polipirrol(Ppy), carbon black(CB) and carbon nanotubes (MWCNT) those obtained
through of an uncommon process but better than the common process.

Specific objectives:
Production of composite matrix films (chitosan) with conductive charges such as
carbon black, polypyrrole and carbon nanotubes.
Characterization of the electrical part of the compounds by electric impedance
spectroscopy (EIS).
Determine the morphology of the material using scanning electron spectroscopy
(SEM).
To determine the thermal properties of the composite materials by
thermogravimetric analysis (TGA).

Conclusions:

A biomaterial composed of CB, MWNTC and Ppy was obtained with the Cs as
polymer matrix in addition compounds were obtained by adding 2 charges at
the same time as a compound with the 3 charges.

Thermal analysis determined that the Cs films when added CB had better thermal
stability. The samples containing Ppy showed lower thermal stability compared to
those containing CB.

In the measurements by impedance spectroscopy an increase of the electrical

conductivity was observed when adherin charges to the matrix of Cs but a
significant improvement was observed when adding Ppy and MWCNT.

Morphological analyzes of the films showed the thickness of the samples and the
distribution of CB / Ppy / MWCNT.
