I. INTRODUCTION

management to keep track of inventory transactions, accurate
information about demand and lead times, realistic estimates of certain
inventory-related costs and its relationship to its consumers. Thus, this
study is focused on these categories and other information that is
related to the subject matter on hand.
Problem: This study intends to investigate the impact to the chosen
entity of the researchers of having an effective and efficient Inventory
Management system regarding the mentioned criteria.
Objective: The objectives of this study is to, through a brief theoretical
exposition, investigate and analyze the impact of having an effective

occurrence of errors because their system is manually kept by their
employees.
The entity has no plans on changing its current inventory
management system.
The entitys owner firmly agrees that one of the factors of their
consumers satisfaction is related to the availability of their product
and services.

Conclusion: The researchers conclude that Inventory Management is


needed in order to meet the goals of the entity in terms of its profit
and to make a good relationship to its consumers.

Recommendation:

1. With different entities engaged in rendering different services


for the community, the researchers recommend to choose an
entity that can give the necessary data in order for the
improvement and an up to date accuracy of information of this
study.
2. The researchers recommend that for those who wants to
research in line with this topic, they should find similar articles
or study which will help them in the overall concept and
execution of their study.
