Currently there are very limited academic studies carried on HRM. The few
literature available, like the study carried out by ADB show the significance of
turnover in Maldivian companies. The lack of academic studies on recruitment or
other HRM may have leads delays in addressing this issues.
The aim of the research is to understand the level of usage of recruitment theories
in Maldivian companies. The search would be carried out with an objective to
analyses recruitment strategies used in FENAKA Coporation.
