Overview
Masters Project is a terminal requirement for
this graduate study program to acquaint post-
graduate student with the required
technological capacity in technology research
to be carried out in their respective
workplaces.
Overview
As one of the requirements for graduation,
the students with the guidance of their
supervisor must be able to organize
themselves and be ready to analyze, think, do
research work, make technical drawing and
specifications and develop a prototype that
will enhance capacity of TVET training delivery
and for increase quality and productivity in
MSEs.
Objective
Conduct value chain analysis in the program
development area/priority and in their respective
occupational sector and identified the gaps that would
be the basis of technology research project (100%
copying for import substitution).
Prepare the technical drawings and specifications of
the project with all the information required for ease
of developing and producing the prototype.

SERVICES WITH SHORT MESSAGE SERVICE APPLICATION

The proposed study is all about online HRD Services with an SMS application of
UCLM. Since then, then, the HRD Office of UCLM uses manual operation in
distributing memorandum, posting job vacancies and confirming applications of
applicants. They experience delays and time-consuming due to their current
procedures of doing its services.
The researchers make use of some instruments for gathering data such as
evaluation forms with questionnaires for the employees. These were the initial
tools that the researchers used. The database of the system was implemented by
the use of MYSQL, a relational database management system that runs as a
server providing multi-user access to a number of databases.
Together with PHP or Hypertext Preprocessor application, an open source, server
side, HTML embedded scripting language used to create dynamic web pages. In
sending notices to the employees, the system had a SMS, the transmission of
short text messages to a mobile phone, and/or IP address. Messages must be no
longer than 160 alpha-numeric characters and contain no images or graphics

This study deals with the making of the manual evaluation system
into a mobile application system. Presently, The Guidance Office
uses a manual evaluation system. Thus study test the ability of a
performance-based, subject-specific teacher evaluation system by
analyzing the relationship between teacher evaluation scores and
student achievement.
From s planned perspective, establishing validity was important
because it is embedded in a knowledge and skill-based system,
which fond of high stakes to evaluation scores. A simple survey
forms containing multiple questions with rating scale were
administered to the respondents. In addition, suggestions
regarding measures that could help improve the employability of
teachers were briefly discussed
CEMETERY GEOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION SYSTEM

The proponents of this study proposed the idea of developing a cemetery


geographical information system in response to the request of customers/visitors
for a fast, accurate and reliable grave searching and maintenance. The researchers
came up with a solution to use a GIS mapping software which can easily locate
the burial ground of a specific person inside the cemetery premises.
The descriptive method of research was used in this study. Surveys and
interviews were conducted in order to identify the common problems in the
current cemetery system. Based upon the answers of the respondents during the
interviews and surveys they have come up to identify the existing problems in
searching tomb location of a deceased person.
The objective of the study is to develop a cemetery system which will provide the
customer/visitor with an interactive digital map where they can easily search
their deceased relatives and provide the cemetery owner or staff the ability to
quickly identify the status of the tomb. The system program is user-friendly and
easy to understand. This will allow visitors to search independently without further
assistance from the ground personnel.
University Campus Online Automation Using Cloud
Computing

University campus online automation system, is a recruitment system that is


beneficial for a college student, college placement faculty and Companies visiting
the campus. This software has three login portal, for students, placement faculty
and companies visiting the campus. Students will enter all their personal as well as
professional while registering themselves into the system. The faculty can register
themselves by entering their details like, employee id, subject and position. The
Companies register with their company name, Job title, No. of vacancy, Job
description, Job profile, Criteria. The students can view and apply to the
companies. The companies can view the list of student profile who have applied to
the particular company. The admin of the system, has the access to all the portal.
He handles all the three logins credentials. The admin can add, delete or edit
information when need be. He collects all the details of the students and send to
the faculty members.
All the details are stored in the cloud which is very easy to access for the admin
any time. As, the project files and a database file will be stored into the Azure
cloud, the project will be accessed in the web browser through Azure link.
Data Mining For Improved Customer Relationship
Management
In this project, system will find customer interest on products and based on this result system
will provide customers best or nearest interest products to marketing or sales department.
So that they can create offers and schemes as per customer interest. Enterprise resource
planning (ERP) contains many modules among which customer relationship management
deals with marketing and attracting customers.
In Existing ERP System, generally sales representatives contacts their customers and pleases
them with best offers to increase sales, but contacting customers on random will result in
more efforts with no guaranteed revenue. Our proposed work is focused on this scenario.
Proposed algorithm calculates interest rate of customers on given product based on orders
they had placed in past. Proposed algorithm does analysis of products customers has
purchased before and based on that generates result containing percentage rate of
customer interest in products.
This result can be passed to CRM department so that they can contact customers based on
their interests; thus guaranteed revenue. System also contains automated mail system or
IVR system to contact customers based on this result. This algorithm is based on concept of
data mining. This system will be useful to increase productivity and profitability of the
company. This system will help to target right customer. This system will help to reduce the
effort of the sales representatives. As sales representative does not have to randomly contact
the customer and convince the customer to purchase the product.
Smart Attendance System iOS

Smart attendance system is an iOS application built for an iOS compatible


device, to effortlessly take attendance in schools or colleges. This
application reduces the time taken and amount of paperwork or books
required by the staff of the institution. Its an application built for the
faculty member to take the attendance of the students on their mobile
device.
The application is divided into different modules:
Student attendance list creation: Once the application is installed on the
iOS device, the user can create student attendance sheet with his name,
roll number, date, subject and attendance marking column.

Attendance Marking: As the list is created, the user can now see the list
with the roll calls and mark the attendance, i.e. present or absent in front
of the respective student.
Attendance Storage: The device is now stored in the faculty iOS device
and they may view it anytime on their iOS device
RFID: Campus Wide Monitoring
System of UCLM Campus
The goal of this research study is to enhance the
monitoring level of students entering and exiting the
campus and other areas inside the campus by automating
the recording of time and date. The study revolves around
the time and the date recording of the system. The system
is aided by the RFID technology. RFID Technology greatly
helped in the development of the study.
Our observations suggested that hypothesis of using RFID
technology in the recording of time and date for monitoring
students entering and exiting the campus and other areas
inside the campus. The neglect of recording the time and
date of the entries and exits of students omit the process of
monitoring students.
Student Attendance with Fingerprint
Reader
This project uses a biometric concept to facilitate the attendance system in
educational institutes. It uses the most reliable way of uniquely identifying
students through fingerprint reading. Such type of application is very useful in
school as well as in college for daily attendance. Through this application we can
keep a systematic track of students attendance. This project enables the easy way
of maintaining class attendance with fewer efforts.
It can be later implemented for the teaching staff.
Description:
The project requires a fingerprint reader for finger detection.
Every student can login to the system through finger detection.
The fingerprint of the student is compared with the one stored in database and if
it matches then attendance is marked for that particular student.
The system also generates a brief report of attendance from the database
according to subject-wise or date-wise as required.
A defaulter list can be generated through system.
Admin has the option to take a print of the reports and defaulter list thus
generated.
Railway Ticket Booking System Using
Qr Code
This project deals with the development and implementation of
smart phone application which is more effective and simple than
current ticketing system.
The Ticket Checker System can be bought easily anytime,
anywhere and ticket will be present in the customers phone in
the form of Quick Response Code. GPS facility is used for
validation of the ticket at the source and deletion at the
destination.
The information for each user is stored in a SQL database for
security purpose which is unavailable in the current suburban
railway system. Also the ticket checker is provided with an
application to search for the users ticket with the ticket number in
the cloud database for checking purposes.
Android Customer Relationship
Management System
Customer relationship management (CRM) is a system for
managing a companys interactions with current and future
customers. It often involves using technology to organize,
automate, and synchronize sales.
Company employee must keep track of current and future
customers to synchronize sales. Manually it is not possible
for the employee to keep records of all the leads.
Customer Relationship Management System helps to keep
track of number of leads converted by the employee. This
System helps to manage sales. This system is a
combination of both .Net and android technology.
Android Customer Relationship
Management System
System works as follows:-
Admin will add new employee by filling employee details and will provide identity number and
password to the employee to access the system.
Admin can edit employee details.
Admin can view number of leads converted by employee as well as profit and loss amount of the
employee.
When employee login to the system he will get email about the meetings that is going to be held
on next day with the lead.
User will be redirected to dashboard where he will get to know about number of leads he had
converted and number of leads he had not converted.
User will also get to know about profit and loss amount in the dashboard, based on number of
leads he had converted.
User can register lead by filling the details of the customers.
User will be redirected to next page where he will convert the lead if the customer is going to be
confirmed.
At final stage user will confirm the lead by clicking on yes or no button.
Employee can fix meeting with customer by specifying the meeting topic and description about
the meeting.
User can view meeting that is going to be held. User can also view the topic and description
about the meeting.
User can send SMS and E-mail to the customers.
