1. USER MENU
Overview

User menu on the IWF (MSC Server) website consists of these


following options:

User Log

User Log is used to view User Activity History

User Management

User Management is used to manage user (add, search, view, update, and delete)

User Connection

User Connection is used to view online user and to kick user from accessing the web.
1.1 User Log

Login Web IWF (MSC


Navigate to User Log Menu

Enter Username & Password


Then click Sign In

Select User on the sidebar menu

Dashboard Overview

IWF (MSC Server) Website provides dashboard to display


graph/indicators of the current system status.
Below are dashboards of the IWF (MSC Server) System:

IBN Dashboard Dashboard of Each Site

Select Dashboard
on the sidebar menu

Select:
#> Jakarta
#> NE, TPS, Network, IMSI

User is able to view Dashboard of each site (Jakarta & Surabaya)
Dashboards of each site are divided into NE, TPS, Network and IMSI and Command
Navigate to Dashboard Command View Dashboard Command

The Configuration menu consists of these following options:

Configuration Notif

Configuration Notif is used to edit/update the IBN Global Parameters

Handset

Handset is used to manage list of handset registered on the IWF (MSC Server)
System.

Below are statistics and reports available on the IWF (MSC Server)

User can view Summary Per-IP report of the IWF (MSC Server) System
Select menu: Report Summary Per-IP
Fill the required filter
View Report Export Report in Selected Format

User can view NE Capacity report of the IWF (MSC Server) System

IWF (MSC Server) Website also provides Network Management System


(NMS).
Below are several functions of IWF (MSC Server) NMS:

Navigate to

Select NMS on the

Fill the parameters:


NE name, network server

Area name, For the area of
