1. Type =rand(6)
2. Highlight the text you want formatting
3. From the menu bar, click on view
4. Click on Macro
5. Name the Macro then assign it to a
keystroke.
6. You will see the record icon affixed to
your pointer which indicates that your
macro is being recorded.

Create a macro named Letterhead and record the
following actions:

Locate your Macro code
O Click:
1. View menu
2. Macro
3. View Macros
4. macro name
5. Edit
6. Take a screen
shot of the code
Edit your macro as follows.
O Remove Fax and the fax number from the
address.
O Insert salisbury1101@yahoo.com at the end of the
address line.
O Change the font size to 8.

Take a screen shot of the code after you have
made all the changes

Run the macro again and take screenshot of


the end result
