TOWARDS CROWN INFOTEK

INTRODUCTION OF THE TOPIC

After the globalization of India economy in


1991 the certification sector remained one of
the most happening sectors in India. The recent
years witnesses rapid and dramatic changes in
the field of certification. In the last few years
more and more companies both foreign,
domestic, come into cellular service, service
market and offers large number of electronic
products to the people.

INDUSTRY PROFILE
The Bureau of Indian Standards, empowered through
an Act of the Indian Parliament, known as the Bureau
of Indian Standards Act, 1986, operates a product
certification scheme by which it grants licences to
manufacturers covering practically every industrial
discipline from Agriculture to Textiles to Electronics.
The certification allows the licensees to use the
popular ISI Mark, which has become synonymous with
Quality products for the Indian and neighbouring
markets over the last more than 55 years. The Bureau's
predecessor, the Indian Standards Institution began
operating the product certification Scheme since 1955.
COMPANY PROFILE
Operating from Delhi, India, we, Crown Infotek Testing Lab
India Pvt. Ltd., came into existence in the year 2013 as a
Service Provider engaged in offering licensing and
registration certification. Our services include WPC
Licensing, ETA Approval, Import License, BIS Registration
and many other. These are certifications or say approvals
are given to both young, developing and old companies for
their authorization in their industry. We adhere to all legal

OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY

1. To study of customer satisfaction level on


Crown infotek products & services.
2. To find the market potential and market
penetration of Crown infotek products &
services offerings in Delhi.

FINDINGS

1.While conducting the survey,I found that most of 71.23%


respondents are satisfied with Crown infotek,and 29.77% of
respondents are not satisfied. Because still they have
problem in testing and repairing process.

2.Crown infotek has wide market captured in Delhi. Their


certification skills are highly demanded in the market by its
customers.

3.Most of the customers are preferred to use the service


and utilize the resources and links of operators because its
demand is very high in the area of Delhi.
LIMITATIONS
The first problem I faced is in getting the co-operation
of the customers. Many of the respondents I
approached did not agree to the need and utility of the
project and hence did not agree to provide me with
information.

The behavior of the customer is unpredictable which


may result in the lacking of accuracy in the data.

As the sample size of the survey was so small and


comprise of only 300 customers, the results may have
some prone to errors.
CONCLUSION

Crown infotek has become a very successful


brand in India & providing customer satisfaction
is to be there main motive.It provides unlimited
testing of products and services & approvals are
on the move as people are more dependent on it
in their daily lives like wide network coverage and
good certification services .Because others
services was unable to meet our customer needs
and wants. Thats why they has been evolved for
Indian customers.
