activities, be decently attired and adhere to
what is generally accepted as sartorial
decorum and etiquette;

For male Students, sporting long
hair, wearing knee-torn pants,
earrings and other fashion amulets
are prohibited. For female students,
knee-torn pants, hanging, haltered,
spaghetti, tube blouses and mini
skirts are likewise prohibited;

strictly prohibited. Drug-use is

To practice acceptable norms of
civility, etiquette and decorum;

classroom policies and procedures as
well as those pre-set and agreed upon
by their peers and faculty members.

(e.g. Loud whistling, howling,
shouting, jumping and other
delinquent acts) which disturb or
disrupt classroom/laboratory and
other academic activities.

interaction with the opposite sex, students
must be gender-sensitive.
Students are exhorted to be
respectful, obedient, polite, friendly
and cooperative with fellow students
as well as faculty members, office
personnel and school authorities in
order to promote peace and harmony

Public display of affection inside the
campus is strictly prohibited.
Curfew in campus starts at 4:00 p.m. No
student is allowed to stay or roam around
the school campus beyond this period
unless there is permission from the School
Principal. Whoever violates this provision
shall be required to leave the premises.
Any report regarding misconduct and
other violations of prescribed rules on
proper behaviour automatically brings
about the student an inquiry at the
School Heads Office. Such action may
render a student liable to
investigation.

DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS
Warning, reprimand or censure from the authorities;
statement of apology from the erring students.
Restitution (payment/compensation) for damage to
any school property or facilities
Suspension. An erring student may be suspended for
a period not exceeding 20% of the prescribed school
days.
Dropping. The University may drop from its official
roster of students anyone found guilty and meted out
this sanction. His transcripts or records of credentials
shall be released immediately.
Expulsion
An extreme administrative sanction which
debars the student from all public or private
schools. Refusal of the student to submit
himself to the jurisdiction of the University
would lead to the filing of a case against
him/her. A pending litigation shall prejudice
his future enrolment in the University.
TYPE OF MISCONDUCT/OFFENSES
Dishonesty such as acts of cheating, plagiarism,
forgery, falsification of public documents,
alteration or misuse of school documents,
records and/or credentials, impersonation and
misrepresentation;

Obstruction/disturbance/disruption of classes,
programs, administrative work, disciplinary
proceedings or other activities approved by the
authorities within the campus;

Physical assault on any person within the
campus;
Defamation such as loud and brazen use of vulgar
and obscene language;
Theft and/or damage to any property or facilities;
Unauthorized and forcible entry into any of the
Institutions facilities;
Vandalism or unlawful destruction of any
University property;
TYPE OF MISCONDUCT/OFFENSES
Hazing and/or any act which degrades, injures or
disgrace fellow students within the campus;
Illegal possession, use and/or distribution of
drugs and related paraphernalia;
Illegal possession of firearms, ammunition and
explosives;
Illegal possession of bladed and/or any deadly
weapon;
Drunkenness and/or gambling inside the campus;
Any other act w/c threatens and endangers the
health and safety of life in the University.
