HISTORY
The Camarines Norte College of Arts and Business (CANCAB)
Inc. was brought into existence to established a
vocational/technical school and agri-based and forestry-
based college catering the power and marginalized farmers
and fisher folks.
The foci of educational development are to produce skilled
manpower needed by high-end market locality and
internationally, particularly in the field of welding, automotive,
electronics and construction industry for vocational/technical
education. For agri-based and agro-forestry graduates of the
college, the institution will produce businessmen and
entrepreneurship in both fields and produced manpower for
other markets.
Vision
It shall emerge as the best and most
adequately equipped institution of higher
learning in the Bicol Region, a center of
excellence in quality education focused on
research, development, extension services,
making use of advance information and
communication technology, maximizing
ecological and economic innovations, and
promoting social advocacy and
sustainable industrial ventures responsive to
the demands of global competitiveness.

WORKSHOP LAYOUT
ROLE OF THE CBT TRAINER:
1.Serves as team member to determine what is to be
learn.
2. Stimulates trainees motivation.
3. Manages learning.
4. Diagnose and solve learning problems
5. Evaluates student achievement.
6. Assist learners to obtain individualized rewards.
7. Assist each trainee in designing a personalized plan
of study
ROLE OF CBT TRAINEES
1. Trainees may select what they want to learn and when
2. they want to learn it, within reason.
3. Trainees learn at their own rate within program
guidelines. They may speed up, slow down, stop or
even repeat a task.
4. Trainees may request to receive credit for what they
already know. This is done either through pre-testing
or through a review o a task list completed at another
training site.
5. Trainees may choose how they want to learn-
individually, on a one-to-one basis, in small group, in
large groups or with audio-visuals
6. Trainees evaluate their own progress to see how
well they are doing.
7. Trainees move freely in the workshop, laboratory
and or training center.
8. Trainees know they will be rated mainly on
performance, while paper and pencil tests will be
used mainly to check their knowledge of the task.
9. Trainees learn according to their interest, needs and
abilities not

Wear your ID at all times when inside the campus

Mobile phones must be in silent mode when you are


inside the workshop areas.

5S shall be observed at all times and the proper disposal


of solid wastes.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the school campus


Tag signs and PPE shall strictly be observed for safety of
all concerned.
