STOP!
Stop yourself at regular points during an activity

Take some deep breaths and focus your thoughts so
you are in the present moment

STATE WHAT THE GOAL IS


Ask yourself, What am I trying to achieve here?
What is the goal?

SPLIT IT INTO SMALLER CHUNKS


Work out how you can split the goal down into smaller
chunks.
How can you break this task up?

CHECK
Check how you are doing by STOPPING again and
repeating the process.
