Management & Leadership Book
The 7 habits of highly effective people: Powerful
lessons in personal change Stephen R. Covey
I selected this book because I often feel that I am
not good at attaining goals.
This book allowed me to improve on weaknesses I
never knew I had.
This book allowed me to reevaluate how Ive been
able to be an effective student and compare it with
what the author thinks an effective person should
exhibit.

Shadowing the Charge Nurse for the Progressive
Care Unit/Intermediate Care Unit at Banner
University Care Center:
I found it valuable to understand the role of the
charge nurse in the unit where I completed my
preceptorship.
This experience provides a better understanding
of the role of the charge nurse in a unit similar to
where I want to work.
