Performing service requests received from audit, tax or advisory department of KPMG
Romania or other KPMG offices.
Timely delivery of work to the requestors.
Timely communication with team leaders regarding the progress on service requests in order
to ensure deadlines are met.
Effective communication with colleagues from other KPMG departments/ countries regarding
the progress of service requests and other technical matters.
Reporting to team leaders.
Supporting team leaders in their activities.
Involvement in other projects specific to ADA department.
Participate to audit engagements, as per agreed schedules.
Actively seeking development opportunities to gain knowledge & experience.
Take ownership on clients/personal & professional development/people, etc.

 4. Processors role wrap up (3/3)

Allocating the SR. The team leader will:

Asses the SR
Allocate the SR, considering the processors available
Ensure that processors gained a proper understanding of the request
Review the work performed and confirm the unverified closed status
Processing the SR. The processors will:
Print the instructions contained in the SR (or the ones saved on the server)
Contact the end user, whether there are missing data or uncertainties related to the SR
(TL approval is mandatory), after consulting the files in IN folder.
Process the request in OUT files, using suggested outputs, or available templates.
Ensure that your Availability List is updated
Closing a SR. The processors will:
Close the SR, by changing the status of the request from In Progress to Unverified
closed, after validating the final files with a Team Leader
Note: The end user will receive an email notification, stating the assigned processor. Also
in the end an email will announce that the SR was closed & the related path for final files.
Ensure that your Availability List is updated with the status Available

 5. Processors KPI

Processors KPIs are followed on a monthly basis and are

considered when performing quarterly performance review.

KPIs considered are:

Average response time per processor

Average time charged per processor per SR
Average rating per processor
Average number of tickets per processors
Tickets with errors
Number of out of box projects
Number of stock-counts attended
Number of alerts in failing to maintain an updated Availability List
