Neighborhood Satisfaction

The biggest issue that the city faces is the wide privatization of the
lands. These put the government of tagaytay on high guard and
strict implementation of the city's land zoning ordinance.

Tagaytay at the moment has not yet experienced housing problems

as pressing as compared to other highly-urbanized cities in the
country.

Housing Satisfaction

In response of the City Government to improve and alleviate the

living condition of the homeless constituents, the City Mayor created
the Tagaytay Housing Office (THO), which is tasked to regulate and
implement the Comprehensive Housing Program of the city. The City
Government likewise purchased several vacant / idle private lands
for housing settlement.
